If your small business is eligible, please be sure to apply for Virginia DBE/SWaM Certification as soon as possible. Certification provides your firm access to procurement opportunities on the HRBT Expansion project. Please visit the Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity (SBSD) website for more information: https://www.sbsd.virginia.gov/certification-division/
DBE and SWaM firms can contact the HRCP Procurement team for assistance and information on the insurance requirements necessary to join the project and to bid specific contracts by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org .
CERTIFIED PAYROLL & PAYMENT COMPLIANCE REPORTING
Firms with Trade Labor and/or DBE Suppliers awarded subcontracts on the HRBT Expansion Project are required to submit weekly and/or monthly compliance documentation. All ongoing compliance documentation and payment reporting is conducted through HRCP’s Insight platform here https://hrcptracker.com/#/landing/login. Once certified and in our database, please be sure to secure login credentials for the Insight platform by emailing email@example.com.
